2007 NPC Washington State
Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships
(Auburn, Washington - July 14, 2007)
A similar format to last year's event, promoters
Jeremy and Tonia Williams again packed the
day with fun-filled events. I mostly covered the indoor activities which included the bodybuilding,
fitness and figure plus fitness/swimsuit model search. Not a large field of competitors but some definite
potential for the future. Overall Figure was won by Kristen Reaves with excellent shape and a toned
physique. The Masters Figure champ was Ursula Cristofaro who last competed at the '06 Emerald Cup
and as of this writing, headed to Masters Nationals the following weekend. She trained the swimsuit
competition winner, Dana Fitzpatrick who'll be working towards entering Figure later in the year,
so add that to stunning looks...should be a great combination! Back to Figure, Robin Nordmeyer
was in superb condition, look out for her in the future. In bodybuilding, good potential for
Sara McKay who also did a nice Couples routine with Maxwell Carlisle. Last but not least, Kristina Lum performed
her fitness routine and continues to work on physique improvements, photoshoot pics included below.
July 29, 2007 - On a sad note, my condolences to Callie Marunde and the rest of her family on the passing
of husband Jesse Marunde.
Together they were an integral part of putting together the Strongman
portion of this competition.
