2009 SWFC Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships Tamara Knight - Bodybuilding Heavyweight Class Although being in the fitness and personal training industry for over 20 years, this was her first time competing. Coached by Darren Toma for this event, she's got the 'bug' now and is training for Provincials in 2010. Tamara got first in Masters as well. Nice routine...was given the best posing award!
