Figure - 5'5" to under 5'6"

I mentioned Vicki in the previous update (Kim Hoyer). Struck a nice balance between the bodybuilding and figure look. Vicki and her husband are part owners of Steelhead Strength and Fitness in Sweet Home, Oregon. A nice contingent from their team graced the stage.
