2009 British Columbia Provincial Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships Shannon Davies - Figure Medium Class Shannon had won the overall title at the Northern Classic in early June. Work considerations meant she wouldn't be able to travel from up north for this show, then circumstances changed...but with only a couple weeks to prepare in hopes of qualifying for Nationals (and in her winning contest condition), it was an uphill climb. She still looks amazing in front of the camera, this is only the first step in her return to fitness/modeling. Shannon will no doubt get some notoriety now, having also been chosen Bodybuilding.com's Amateur fitness competitor of the week. (click for full size)
