2000 Canadian Nationals 3rd Place - Middleweight 
It's been four years since I've
covered the Canadian Championships.
This year's will be in Edmonton,
Alberta next weekend (Aug. 21).
Carmen's come a long way since 2000 having won her class the next two years and moving up in 2003 to compete as a heavyweight. I believe she'll be competing again this year so wish her well! She has her own website at:
