2004 NPC Washington State Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships (October 23, 2004) Second year in a row to be held in Auburn, and ably promoted by Jeremy and Tonia Williams, the '70s was the theme as you may be able to tell (I think it's Hawaiian next year). Some new faces did very well along with others wrapping up a busy competitive season. Might be awhile to put up any more than a flash report so tried to draw attention to each class winner at least.
