2004 Western Canadian Tested Fitness - Short Class All I can say is Fitness is alive and well in British Columbia! Great routines featuring competitors training for those strength moves 'cause that's what it takes to get to the next level. A lot of the credit has to go to Sandra Wickham who's inspired and trained many of the best athletes here. (click thumbnail to enlarge)

Miriah Kakuno - 1st Place & Overall
Very well executed routine and a balanced
physique - shape, skin tone, etc. showed
good prepaparation for this competition.

Antonia Grady - 2nd Place

Leah Barwick - 3rd Place
Cool routine - the Marge Simpson look
at the start. Figure poses came out
particularly nice I think, lighting
and all, not to mention Leah looking
real comfortable and relaxed on stage.

Lindsey Lipovsky - 4th Place
Really improved since last I saw her.
For some reason don't seem to have
any in posing suits - maybe was at
the far end of the stage - included
a couple of posed backstage though.

Angela Stephenson - 5th Place

Linda Crawford
If I recall correctly, Linda's from Alberta.
Seemed to be overlooked in the standings, thought
her routine was very dynamic and well executed.
