2002 Québec Championships
(June 22, 2002) 
It is the middle of winter as I'm writing this and Montreal's in the midst of a cold spell but it's never a bad time to review such a superb competition. Once again, the unique Body Fitness event of push-ups and lunges made for an interesting change of pace. Getting to be a regular at this show, we'll see about 2003. Special thanks to promoter Joe Spinello, photographer Yves Desbiens and FCPAQ president Benoit Brodeur.
