2016 BCABBA Iron Ore Classic
Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure & Bikini Championships
(Prince George, B.C. - October 1, 2016)
The second year in a row for promoter Karley Green, and although a bit smaller in size,
an enthusiastic crowd is where it's at...and this audience fit the bill! Bikini was
the finale with a very worthy champ in Kendall Kershaw. Just 19, nice proportions to
go far in the sport.

Figure featured a good showing from 'Fit Body' coached athletes Maria Ford and Allison Kallu
Seller taking the Open Classes, Allison won overall.

It's all in the family with Men's Physique, with Andrew Lodge (whose sister Paige
competes very well in bikini) taking the Overall title. Nice proportionality for
the category.

Only one competitor in all of Women's Bodybuilding and Women's Physique, Jodi Fiddler
took Masters/Open in both. What's important is that the judges made a point of
emphasizing that her Physique look is WORTHY of a level one overall designation,
qualifying her lifetime for Provincials. Of note in the other divisions was 75 year
old John A. Brink competing, the title sponsor for the event. Extremely inspirational.
