2015 Popeye's Fall Classic
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships

Annette Mountford - 1st Place Overall - Bikini
Continuing the tradition of great November shows was the inaugural Popeye's Fall Classic. Promoter Tarik Rahiman pulled out all the stops, from great 'swag bags' for the competitors to guest performer 5 time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath! Held at the Coquitlam Hard Rock Casino, the amphitheater type seating made for a grand experience. With the expansion of the BCABBA in terms of the number of shows, 260 competitors is an outstanding achievement. 7 Open bikini classes dominated the proceedings, a huge number of first time competitors. Expect to hear from overall champion Annette Mountford in the future, as she exhibited the poise of a seasoned competitor in only her first show.
Karoline Seida - 1st Place Overall Figure
Figure saw former bikini competitors Karoline Seida and Sally Anderson make waves...their first show in a few years. The battle of the blondes highlighted the Women's Physique quest for the Overall title, both and Amber Larsen combined aesthetic shape, muscle size and 'pizazz' to dazzle the crowd!
Colby Whelpton - 1st Place Overall Women's Physique
The future of Men's Bodybuilding looks strong if the Junior Division is any indicator, a solid top 3 plus! Men's Physique, although popular, is still finding it's place, the soon to be implemented Men's Classic Division which involves a routine but is not quite Bodybuilding is just around the corner. watch for its debut around these parts at the next BCABBA qualifier show on March 19, 2016 the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic.
