2015 Today's Techniques Northern Classic
Bodybuilding, Physique, Fitness, Figure & Bikini Championships
(Fort St. John, B.C. - May 15, 2015)
For the second straight year, it was a privilege to travel north to cover this show. This is its 15th year and
going strong! A good quality turnout of approximately 75 competitors, whether they had their sights set on Provincials
or novice competitors attaning their first competition goals, there was something for everyone. Four Bikini classes
this time, overall champion Harpreet Pandher's sleek physique won the day, she's really fine tuned her look! Hard to
believe this was 'D' Class champ Isadora Melo's first show, terrific stage presence and showmanship to boot!

Figure short class saw Kristin Margarit bring a very symmetrical look to the stage, she can go
far in the sport. Tall Class champ Jo-Ann Huber showed her experience in her polished look and
confidence onstage...getting ready for re-entering the next level with a vengeance! 2nd placer
Jessica Hernandez had good size and shape, very classic figure look. Making the switch from Junior
Bodybuilding to figure was Andraea Adams. This was a good chance to learn what to tweak (and of
course to qualify) for Provincials the following weekend. Nice lines, great potential and camera
friendly!

A great routine from Andrea Leipert highlighted Women's Physique...dance background certainly showed
and was also awarded Best Poser. Men's Bodybuilding was again quite a showdown for the overall title, the 3 heaviest
class winners all headed for provincials. Men's Physique had tough competition as well, in the end it was
Blake Tabian winning overall.

Caitlyn Bellamy. It was indeed an honor again to be official photographer at this event!
