2026 NPC Legion Sports Fest Wellness Championships (Reno, Nevada - May 30, 2026) Fourth time for this reporter/photographer to cover the Legion Sports Fest, ostensibly the IFBB Pro League divisions for Muscle Insider. Stumbling onto a VERY impressive NPC show was quite the bonus! Wellness featured a star in the making in Esmeralda Cruz, watch for her down the road. Realized she had been at last year's show and definitely see the progression to further fit the criterea for this division, well done! Taking top Novice/True Novice spots were Jannery Prado Ceja and Marissa Ornelas, also placing 2nd and 3rd in Open Class 'A' behind Esmeralda. Both have the Wellness look to a tee as well! A huge thanks to the entire Center Podium crew and promoter Chris Minnes for putting on such a stellar event. An absolute pleasure to cover, hopefully we'll be back next year.
