After several years of frustrating results and being overlooked, Nadia "wasn't taking
any prisoners" this time! She made a statement with superb conditioning that got
everyone's attention. Under the training of IFBB Pro Helen Bouchard, she looked ready to
hit the stage weeks ago and managed to fine tune her physique precisely. Congratulations
Dia on earning your Pro Card! Her first IFBB contest will be just around the corner in
